New recruits join Amey’s early careers scheme
Early Careers Programme offers practical experience across various infrastructure projects
Amey has welcomed its latest early careers cohort, including 137 graduates, apprentices, and interns.
The Early Careers Programme gives participants the opportunity to collaborate with teams across the business and contribute to complex infrastructure projects.
This year’s intake will gain hands-on work experience, with opportunities across engineering, design, finance, project management and business management.
Women represent 31% of this year’s participants and Amey said it is determined to continue promoting greater gender diversity, disability, and multi-ethnic representation in its 2025 intake.
Joanne Quinn, resourcing business partner for Amey, said: “This is an incredibly exciting time to join our team. As we continue to grow our business and take on more innovative projects, the need for vibrant, dynamic talent has never been more critical.
“By revitalising our Early Careers programmes, we’re offering a wider range of opportunities that bring out the best in every graduate, apprentice, and intern. Their fresh ideas and energy are key to helping us push the boundaries in delivering sustainable, full-lifecycle infrastructure solutions.”
The 2025 Early Careers Programme is now open for applications.
