Muse retains top employer accreditation
For the last decade, Muse has retained Investors in People’s Gold accreditation
Morgan Sindall-owned developer Muse has been recognised for its culture and approach to people development.
For the tenth year, the company has retained its Gold accreditation from Investors in People, which marks its commitment to creating an effective and positive work environment.
The accreditation, which lasts for three years, is assessed against Investors in People’s We Invest in People framework. The framework measures how an organisation leads, supports and develops employees.
Jill O’Grady, head of HR at Muse, said: “Retaining our Investors in People Gold accreditation for the tenth year is testament [to] our people, processes and approach.
“The Muse Way is embedded across everything we do, both internally and externally. The approach is reflected in our culture, which strives to empower, support and include everyone as we deliver positive change within communities across the country.
“Despite being recognised for our culture for a decade, we know we can’t stand still. We will continue to improve where we can and deliver for our people and the places in which we operate.”
