Morgan Sindall achieves workforce wellbeing accreditation  

Morgan Sindall Construction has received an accreditation from Investors in People (IIP) that marks its commitment to workforce wellbeing.  

The ‘We Invest in Wellbeing’ Gold accreditation is awarded to organisations that have implemented a good wellbeing strategy which is supported by everyone. 

The announcement follows an IIP Platinum accreditation back in November 2022. 

As part of the accreditation, a survey was conducted to explore Morgan Sindall’s support and approach to wellbeing.  

Across the business, 71% of the workforce responded to the survey. This information, combined with 38 one-to-one employee interviews, was used to determine the accreditation. 

Pat Boyle, managing director of Morgan Sindall Construction, said: “We want to ensure that we’re creating a positive and supportive experience for our own team, but also that this attracts others to our business too.  

“Our Investors in People accreditation allows us to have our work externally verified as well as identify new areas of support we could consider.

“We could not have achieved this without the support of those who offered their feedback as part of the survey or who took part in one of the interviews – so I’d like to say a big thank you.” 

The business will now analyse the survey results to identify areas of its wellbeing strategy that could be further developed in the future.
